No Refunds OR Returns
At Herbal By Nature, we  Do Not accept No Refunds Or No Returns.
Exchanges Only with the Exception Of Defective Products that are Damaged.
Once your order has been Fulfilled and Shipped, We Do Not accept Refunds or Returns. 
We Do Not Reship packages.
All Sales are Final including Gift Card Sales and Discounted Products.
Order Cancellation: 
At Herbal By Nature LLC, we take care in the satisfaction of our customers dedicated to the best quality of service delivered for a great experience with our company. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can not be cancelled. You may cancel an order within or up to 12 hours of placing it. If you have any questions about an order reach out to us via email at lsclay@herbalbynature.net. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the order cancellation refund. Please allow up to 10 Business days to process and receive cancellation funds. If more than 15 business days have passed and you have not received your cancellation Funds , please contact us at lsclay@herbalbynature.net.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at  lsclay@herbalbynature.net.  If the item is defective or damaged during shipping or if you receive the wrong item,  for further evaluate. Refer to the no refunds or returns policy. It must be in it's original packaging and you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, with your name, order number, email address and photos of the damaged product or products. We will process a replacement product of equal value minus packaging cost and shipping & Handling cost within 12 days of receiving the package from the shipping carrier. Herbal By Nature LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the package was lost or stolen, please contact us to evaluate.
 Non-returnable items. 
No Refunds or Returns . Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
