ST. LOUIS METROPOLITAN LOCAL-ONLY SWEEPSTAKES GIVEAWAY – OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

Location: Open only to legal residents of the St. Louis, MO Metropolitan statistical area (including the City of St. Louis and the Missouri counties of St. Louis, St. Charles, Jefferson, Franklin, Lincoln, and Warren). Entries originating outside these specific geographic boundaries are completely void.
Age: Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Exclusions: Employees, officers, and directors of Herbal By Nature LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are ineligible.
Compliance: Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Promotion Period & Mail-In Cut-Offs

Start Date: The giveaway begins on July 24, 2026, at 12:00 AM Midnight CST.
End Date: All online entries must be logged via the Shopify storefront by July 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM CST.
Postmark Deadline: All mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 31, 2026.
Receipt Deadline: All mail-in entries must be physically received by August 7, 2026, to be eligible for the drawing.

3. How to Enter

Shopify Store Entries: Participants can enter digitally by visiting herbalbynature.net/stl-giveaway and completing the designated St. Louis Local entry form during the promotion period.
Mail-In Entry Template: To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, and email address on a 3"x5" card.
Mail-In Address: Mail the card in a stamped envelope explicitly marked with the identifier text to: Herbal By Nature LLC, Attn: St. Louis Local Giveaway, 4818 Washington Blvd #4011, St. Louis, MO 63108, United States.
Equal Dignity Rule: Mail-in entries will be treated with equal dignity and carry the exact same mathematical odds of winning as electronic submissions.
Direct Delivery/Drop Off Entries: Customers who place orders directly with the Sponsor via personal delivery or drop-off fulfillment will automatically receive entry credits matching the standard online entry rate. These entries will be tracked and logged manually by the Sponsor at the time of delivery payment.
Mail Disclaimer: Herbal By Nature LLC and affiliates are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, illegible, misdirected, or stolen mail.
Limits: Limit one (1) entry per person across all entry methods.

Delivery Constraints: Prizes will be delivered via standard shipping or local pickup within thirty (30) days of winner verification. Prizes cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

5. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible local entries received across both methods.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Selection: One (1) winner will be selected via a random drawing from all eligible local entries.
Timing: The random drawing will be conducted from all eligible entries received during the 7-Day Sale period — including online Shopify orders, mail-in entries, and manually logged local St. Louis drop-off sales — after all mail-in entries are actually received, on or about August 7, 2026.
Notification: The winner will be notified via email or phone within seven (7) days of the random drawing.
Response Time Clause: The selected potential winner must respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours of the time the message was sent.
Forfeiture: If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the 48-hour window, or fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days, an alternate winner will be selected. Sponsor will attempt to award the prize to up to three (3) alternate winners via the same notification process. If all three alternate winners fail to respond within their designated 48-hour windows, the prize will remain unawarded.

7. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes or duties are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner is responsible for reporting the prize value to their respective tax authorities if required by municipal or state laws.

8. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent to the use of their name, likeness, and biographical information for promotional purposes by Herbal By Nature LLC without further payment or consideration.

9. Privacy and Data Collection

Information Collected: Herbal By Nature LLC collects personal information (including name, mailing address, email address, and phone number) solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway, verifying eligibility, and fulfilling prizes.
Data Usage: Personal information collected via Shopify or mail will be used solely for the administration of this giveaway in accordance with the Sponsor's privacy policy. Data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
Data Erasure: Personal data collected from non-winning entries will be securely destroyed within ninety (90) days following the conclusion of the giveaway.
Communications: Entrants will not be automatically subscribed to marketing lists unless they explicitly opt-in during the online entry process. You may opt-out of future communications at any time.

10. Right to Cancel, Modify, or Terminate

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate the promotion if tampering, fraud, or technical failures corrupt the administration, security, or fairness of the giveaway.

11. Disqualification and Anti-Cheating

Use of automated devices, robotic entries, macro scripts, or multiple identities to bypass entry limitations is strictly prohibited and results in immediate disqualification.

12. Tie-Breaking / Verification Finality

In the event of a data discrepancy or dispute, the decisions made by Herbal By Nature LLC will be final and legally binding.

13. Platform Release (Social Media Disclaimer)

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or Shopify. By entering, participants fully release these platforms from any liability.

14. Force Majeure

Herbal By Nature LLC is not responsible for the failure to award prizes due to acts of God, natural disasters, government regulations, or any other event beyond its reasonable control.

15. Severability

If any provision of these rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Limitation of Liability & Release

By entering, participants release Herbal By Nature LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any liability, injury, or damage caused by participating in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize (including, without limitation, any injuries, ailments, or property damage sustained from the use of hair tools, trimmers, or hair care products).
Warranty Disclaimer: All prizes are awarded “As Is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Sponsor hereby disclaims all such warranties, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Winner acknowledges that the Released Parties are not responsible for any malfunctions or defects in manufactured third-party tools.

17. Disputes and Governing Law

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any dispute shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, exclusively before the state or federal courts located in St. Louis, Missouri.

My Story

  • Hi, I'm LaKenya the Founder and CEO of Herbal By Nature LLC. My mother taught me how to do hair and my gandmother taught me how to press hair. From a young girl my mother and grandmother always gave us a hair care routine. At an early age, you all know the big plats on wash day Friday's & pressed, oiled and styled it on Sunday's for school.
  • My grandmother pressed my natural hair, leaving it soft and shiny with a smooth texture, yes she got that hair super straight, she was good. She took the time out to nourish, hydrate, moisturize and revitalized my hair with a nice hair care routine. Throughout the years I've had natural hair, relaxed hair, long hair, short hair, black hair, brown hair. honey blonde hair & orange colored hair, by dying it to get the perfect color I wanted. I decided to try a color. Well, it didn't turn out exactly how I wanted it to, it came out a different color orange, but it was better than the color I tried to go for and, oh it was such a beautiful color.
  • Just to say our hair goes through many diferent changes and styles, so it's very important to nourish and take good care of it. I've had split ends, breakage & sheading before. Either way our hair goes through a lot and in general has to have the essential nutrients & some tender loving care to grow and rejuvenate our Lustrous strands from roots to ends, for hair to be healthy, have volume, shine, and bounce. Our hair goes through a lot of things. It takes time to nurture and maintain. I've learned patience is a virtue. My mama was a great braider, that's where my love for hair care started. She taught me everything I know about hair especially braiding. She used to keep my hair in french braids with beads when I was little, a protective hair style.
  • First in order to do hair, it has to be nourished from within starting with the hair follicles. With a normal hair care routine such as shampooing, deep conditioning, moisturizing and hot oil treatments.
  • That Leads me back to my journey to keep & maintain strong, healthy hair is to replenish the follicles from within, from the source of the tresses. My family uses and loves my hair growth products. Thanks family and friends! For me I wanted to use a product that I could start seeing the benefits, volume in my hair, to have my hair styles be bold and defined, the beauty in my hair and keep the balance as well as the moisture in it. I wanted a product that people could use so they could embrace their hair and see the great potential in their own journey to healthy looking hair. This is how I first got interested in caring for hair, the dynamics of it all and what goes into keeping it healthy. My interest is in the beauty of it as well as keeping that beauty by starting from the hair follicles and the science on how our beautiful hair grows.
